Apple is likely to host a grand event to launch its next generation iPhone (dubbed as iPhone 5S) June 30 and will hit the store shelves sometime in July, according to MacFan. But, the post has not mentioned any details on the countries that will get the device in July.

The magazine has also hinted that Apple is planning for low cost iPhone and is expected to be introduced sometime in August, after the iPhone 5S starts shipping. The low cost iPhone will specifically target the Indian and Chinese markets in an effort to increase its sale.
Earlier this month a Japanese blog, Mactakora said Apple's manufacturing partner, Foxconn has begun "partial production" of the iPhone 5S and is being manufactured on the same production line as the iPhone 5.
The blog also stated that the information came from "reliable sources" which has revealed that the Japanese carrier provider -NTT Docomo is cutting on orders for Androiddevices in order to accomodate the next iPhone.
It seems that Apple wants to launch its next generation iPhone close to the sixth anniversary of the first iPhone which debuted back in 2007. According to ThinkDigit another set of rumors had claimed that Apple would hold an event on the exact anniversary date of June 29.
Ming-Chi Kuo, an analysts from KGI Securities has told AppleInsider that low cost version of iPhone is expected to have the same 4-inch screen as the present iPhone 5. He also expects that the next generation iPhone and low cost iPhone will be running the update iOS7 platform.
He also predicts that the iPhone 5S will be powered by a powerful A7 processor and an improvised 8 megapixel camera along with flash. The iPhone 5S is likely to get a fingerprint scanner just below the home button for security and both iPhone models will feature faster LTE connectivity.
