Katie Price locks kitchen to stop son from eating

Katie Price is forced to lock her kitchen door at night, to stop disabled son Harvey from gorging himself on food.
The eleven-year-old has a string of disabilities, including blindness, autism, ADHD and Prader-Willi syndrome - which means he’s hungry all the time. Speaking to the Sunday Mirror, Katie, 35, reveals Harvey often tries to raid the fridge in the middle of the night and throws violent tantrums when he can’t get to food.
She said: “It’s really tough at times. We’ve had to padlock the kitchen door now because Harvey doesn’t know when he’s full and he is desperate to get at the food. He goes downstairs early in the morning and I hear him kicking off and throwing things because he can’t get to the food.” 
The glamour model is desperately trying to control Harvey’s weight - fearing it’ll damage his health if he becomes too big. Despite her struggles with Harvey, Katie - also mum to Junior, seven, and Princess, five - is determined to keep family life normal. She’s helped by husband Kieran, 26, who has taken her children under his wing. 
Katie said: “I have three kids and one of them has a disability and that’s very demanding. So I know I’m very lucky for a man to put up with that situation.”
