The Finnish mobile maker Nokia has unveiled its cheapest device yet-costing just 13 pounds.

Nokia launched the new 105 phone at the start of this year's Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.

The firm said that the handset, which comes complete with an FM radio and a torch, could be perfect for those living in areas where reliable electricity is in short supply.

It is also the end of an era as the 105's colour screen means that Nokia have made their last phone with a black-and-white display, the Daily Mirror reports.

According to the report, Nokia also announced its Lumia 520, a smartphone with super-sensitive touch-screen technology, which operates with Windows 8.

The phone also comes with a 5-megapixel camera and access to the music streaming service Nokia Music.
